Welcome to AeroSilk Rides. By booking a transfer or tour with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through our website or via our official contact channels.
Payments are processed securely through Payfast.
Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
More than 48 hours before pick-up: 100% refund.
24–48 hours before pick-up: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before pick-up / No-Show: No refund.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Amendments (Changes to Bookings)
Changes to booking date or time may be requested up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Amendments are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
4. Waiting Time & Delays
For airport pick-ups, the first 30 minutes waiting time is complimentary.
After this, waiting is charged at R300 per hour (pro-rated).
Flight delays communicated in advance will be accommodated at no additional cost.
5. Service Policy
All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
AeroSilk Rides reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring accurate booking details (pick-up time, location, flight number, etc.).
6. Liability
AeroSilk Rides is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during transfers.
Passengers must ensure compliance with local laws and regulations during tours and transfers.
